Dear Homeowner:

The Board of Directors and Management, in consultation with our auditor, are pleased to present our new budget for January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011.

After considerable time and effort, the Board and  Management having reviewed the present and future needs of the Condominium Corporation No. 83 has been able to limit this year's increase to 10% to cover costs and a large part of this year's increase in the contribution to the Reserve Fund as per recent study.

Please locate your unit on the attachment of the letter sent to your unit (print version only) to learn your maintenance charges and forward 12 post-dated cheques (payable to York Condominium Corporation No. 83 or Y. C .C. #83) for the total monthly changes as shown in the attachment, dated from January 1, 2011 through December 1, 2011.

For those homeowners who prefer to have their monthly contribution automatically debited from their bank account on the due date,  we  offer the Pre-authorized Payment Plan. If you wish to get onto the automatic withdrawal system, please fill in the form along with "VOID" cheque and send to BONITA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC., 505 Hood Road, Unit 3, Markham, ON L3R 5V6 at your earliest convenience to allow plenty of time to sign you up prior to January's payment in January 1, 2011. If you are already on the Pre-authorized Plan and want to stay on it, you need not to do anything.
